I am against this SVP moving into the area, especially with having the elementary school so close by and The Island waterpark which is frequented by children nearby to where this SVP is trying to establish residence. Please take into consideration the welfare of the children who live in the neighborhood by keeping the children safe and out of harm's way.

My kids walk home from school. This man is moving on the same street I live in. I won't feel safe having him near my house and kids. He is moving next to a park where kids play and sometimes Granville Homes has movie night at the park too. Why does this guy have to movie in at a quiet and Friendly community? Don't you think he will be tempted to harass kids. Once a predator always a predator! There's no way you could change a sick man's mind.

Please do not consider placing this individual in a neighborhood that is full of young innocent children. He has already caused enough damage to his earlier victims. Why would you consider adding more to that list? There is a school very nearby.

Why would the city of fresno allow such a violent predator to be placed in our community and so close to a school. I am very much against this proposal and hope that you rethink this and place him out of the reach of our children and young women in the community. It is a known fact that he will very probably do this again. It is a sickness of which there is no cure unless you have someone that is willing to watch him 24/7.

We as a community are suppose to keep our neighborhoods safe. I don't understand why a sexual predator would live near, schools and a park. There are people, walking, exercising, playing with their children around our neighborhood. This person is a potential threat to our families.
