Sally Beauty Supply should donate damaged and outdated items to the homeless
I work at a Sally Beauty Supply store in the south. we "damage out" (throw away) thousands of dollars worth of cosmetics a week. These cosmetics could help the homeless population get jobs and get off the streets. not to mention help them with illnesses and preventing illnesses they may get or have due to being exposed to the elements. Things such as rubber gloves, shower caps, shampoos, conditioners, basic makeups, sunscreen, callus softeners, etc. can all be used to allow the homeless population to live slightly more comfortably. On top of this, Sally also employs many stylists, and a day to give the homeless population in a local setting a "makeover" can be set up for employees whom wish to do so to volunteer to restyle the unfortunate few to be more approachable and allow them to apply for jobs and actually have a chance to work and have an income to get back on their feet. This is why I'm asking you to sign this petition. Help our unlucky peers to get back on their feet and start living life again!
