A restaurant will bring the area up, generate taxable revenue, employment, realestate around will rise, generating higher realestate tax etc...
As a downtown resident I enjoy the Miami River more & more because of the new exciting restaurants opening.........the more the better........

The city of Miami and its elected officials needs to properly take advantage of the currently despaired Miami River with a revitalization which consists of supporting entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to revive Miami's once thriving river.
