Who We Are:
Local voting citizens who want improvements to our island. We live here because we love the island beach culture. We love the views. We love the people and we love our island! But since Hurricane Charlie, the North end of the island has declined. The area is no longer safe and the unsightly conditions do not fit into our culture. We need to invest now into the future of our island.

We own 2 houses on Fort Myers Beach and are very much in favor of improvements to the island. It will be change for the better!
I support this proposal however it would be better if it had a public parking garage as part of the plan.
The Town of Ft Myers Beach hired the best professional planner that wrote our Towns documents and he believes that it fits our Comp plan and LDC! I have faith in Bill Spilkowski and feel his recommendations are good! It's been an eye sore and a huge loss in taxes for our Island for 14 years and it's time to move forward!
Usually it’s the immediate neighbors who complain. In this case the neighbors are for TPI! Keep that important fact in mind.
This project is highly needed to improve the blighted area of FMB. I live in Sebring Fl and my friends and I have begun to look elsewhere for our vacation plans due to the “tired” buildings and restaurants on the island. A better updated hotel is absolutely necessary for FMB. Thank you for allowing my comments
The two bggest impediments to progress have been shown to be the fear of failure and the fear of change. Permit this island to flourish into the future with support for well thought out change.

It’s time! We have owned property for eight years but have been coming to FMB for close to 40 years. The area is in dire need of a facelift. I support this project.
