Keep traffic down in our neighborhood to protect our kids. We bought specifically in pebble creek for this reason.

There simply is no economic value to the city to widen or extend Pebble Creek Parkway. Just another waste of taxpayer dollars.

I OPPOSE extending Pebble Creek Parkway to HWY 6. Our neighborhood will become less safe and property values will decline. Vote NO!

This will quickly diminish the integrity of the neighborhood if implemented. Children, families and golfers that cross PCP regularly to get to pool, tennis and golf facilities will be at increased risk. We do not need or want to be an alternate route to Highway 6.

Pebble Creek is a neighborhood that does not require widening of Pebble Creek Parkway to accommodate residents or growth. Do not destroy our sidewalks and trails! They are one of the main reasons people choose to live in this neighborhood.

Opposed to PebbleCreekParkway being a considered as an option to to traffic from highway6, we live on Muirfield Vlg court…we have NO option to exit via another street… you will destroy our way of life and the value of our property.

PLEASE DO NOT DESTROY THE INTEGRITY AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PEBBLE CREEK WITH AN UNNECESSARY AND DISRUPTIVE EXPANSION OF PEBBLE CREEK PARKWAY!!! Opening up Pebble Creek will NOT alleviate traffic congestion on Highway 6 but will instead only destroy our quality of life! Having a secondary neighborhood passthrough at Pebble Creek is too close to HWY 6 to be of benefit. Widening HWT 6 is the only and best option for resolving traffic issues for coming in to CS from the south.

I do not see a reason to extend Pebble Creek Parkway to an area of homes adjacent to the old race track. For example, look a t the significant traffic increase with the recent addition of Midtown Drive Cars are constantly seen speeding down this road. The same issue will quickly arise on this addition. There is not enough open space between the road and walking paths currently (someone is going to get badly hurt or worse killed if approved. How many times are we going to have to discuss this. The elected officials seem to not care about residents. I would put forward whomever votes for this has an ulterior motive. There is sufficient access to whatever subdivision without extending Pebble Creek Parkway

This issue has been discussed for several decades. At one time Davis Young tried to get Pebble Creek Parkway to end with a cul de sac parking lot at Lick Creek Park.

We recently moved here because it’s a quiet community perfect for our family with little ones. Safety is our highest priority and additional traffic creates concerning safety issues in our neighborhood.
