Protect Pebble Creek Parkway (PCP)

The widening of the roads will lead to several problems: increased traffic, less safety, higher noise levels and a loss of community.

NO to Pebble Creek Parkway expansion.

Please allow us to live in peace.

I am against the proposed expansion of Pebble Creek Parkway. The wild animal population will negatively be impacted and safety due to speeding will be greater on a four lane road.

No to the Pebble Creek Parkway being expanded!

No to expanding Pebble Creek Parkway to the south.

Extending the PCPW will also impact the sanctity of Lick Creek Park & cut a green belt in half. High traffic will impact wild animal populations, provide easier access for criminals, & increase noise pollution. It’s ridiculous to provide direct connectivity to Hwy 6 as another north/south running thoroughfare. I cannot imagine how high the traffic flow will be when the Christmas season hits & people begin to visit the Christmas light business on Hwy 6.

We do not want Pebble Creek Parkway expanded.

Please do not proceed with this plan. Our neighborhood already has a safety issue with speeding and this will only exacerbate the problem. This is a great neighborhood and a 4 lane road is excessive.

Pebble Creek is a College Station gem. Close safe, peaceful neighborhoods like PC are exactly why CS such a wonderful place. Please do not destroy it.

I am against the proposed extension of Pebble Creek Parkway. Speeding there is already a problem and opening the road to more traffic and traffic noise will destroy the aesthetics of our established neighborhood. Safety and security are important to our neighbors.

We DO NOT WANT PEBBLE CREEK PARKWAY EXPANDED!

I'm not sure the logic of the plan makes sense. We already have a connection to 6 by the school and taking a back loop to Southern Pointe to get on 6 south would almost certainly not be faster. I fail to see any benefit at all.

Another ill conceived road to nowhere and for no reason

We live really close to this area and we don’t want noisy noises! And traffic will be wild! I think it would be better to not have construction in our peaceful and quiet neighborhood and keep nature while we have it!

Absolutely against this. We already have to replace fencing along this road once every year or two because people can't drive correctly. I can't imagine what it would be like with more traffic flow. We live in this community and pay HOA fees to have a quiet and safe area to live. I'm not interested in paying those fees to live in a high traffic area.

I don’t know of any pebble creek homeowners that want this to happen

We are against the expansion of Pebble Creek Parkway for safety concerns as well as the reduced value of our home. We moved from Houston to get away from traffic and crime and widening the street to four lanes will definitely increase traffic.

Please keep our neighborhood values and safety for our kids by not building this!
