This will not be safe for the many children who like to hang out and play around St. Andrews.

I would like to see the parkway expanded to four lanes in the last segment between royal adelade and st Andrew’s drives. There are alternatives to having a back entrance to SH 6 that would not involve extending the parkway. I believe there was once an idea to connect the neighborhood to SH 6 by improving and tying in Birkdale Dr to SH 6. Please research this further and put it up to a vote!

This is a ridiculous option for traffic flow! It will create through road that endangers our children. The commission should not sacrifice our safety for their convenience. There are many residents that actively vote in Pebble Creek. A decision that would endanger our community members would not be forgotten!

This has been a debate for years and it is time to settle it once and for all. There are other (better) options. Extending Pebble Creek Parkway should be eliminated from the Comprehensive Plan.

Pebble Creek Parkway is used as a neighborhood roadway. I see many people walking and riding bikes and and golf carts. Their are many children on the sidewalks with their families or alone. There are homes located next to the parkway. This would impact many homes and yards. I feel making the parkway 4 lanes is not necessary, as Highway 6 is improved with widening of the highway and new surfaces. This would put a major road going through a residential community.

100% oppose this proposal for expansion. There clearly must be some reasoning behind this proposal. Can you please share or ask Erica to send out a link to the actual document to better understand their reasoning. This seems to be the 2nd time this has been attempted. Which likely means they will try again after this fails. Let's work to understand their objectives and see if we can work with them to find an alternative. Additionally, who exactly in the city or on the council drove this? Someone or some committee must be a driving force. And let's follow the money - who would financially benefit from this and how might they be involved? Finally, lets put up a large (well designed) board at the end of PCP at William D. Fitch (where all the political signs go up) to remind everyone coming out of our community about this issue and to sign the petition (QR code or URL to learn more and become active). On that point, please let me know how I might be of service. Thank you.

This would be devastating to our area and encourage highway traffic shortcuts through our quiet neighborhood. The safety of our bikers, runners and children is at stake.

Please do not ruin our nice, quaint neighborhood with this road expansion. This would ruin all of what Pebble Creek is. We do not want the traffic right through our neighborhood.

One of the main reasons we moved to PC was the quiet/ homely nature of the community. If we open up our community to large vehicles and increased traffic, it affects everyone. The safety of our children is important, and the added congestion and traffic will significantly affect it. The city must reconsider the stand on this issue, and let the people living in the community decide. Thank you!

This will be bad for our quiet community.

Take this project out of the planning agenda.

Totally agree. This will also make it very dangerous for golfers who have to cross Pebble Creek Parkway 2 times for every round of golf, with the increased traffic and added lanes.

This is a very bad idea.

I believe that this will ruin the community that we have created and cherished.
