We are a neighborhood not a location for a thoroughfare to fix our town’s traffic issues. Find another route that doesn’t ruin a neighborhood.

Not that many people are traveling between Pebble Creek and Southern Pointe. Those that do, can take Hwy 6 feeder road. This would be a waste of money and be very dangerous to the elderly neighborhood walkers / dog walkers / golf cart drivers that currently use Pebble Creek Parkway

Please do not make Pebble Creek Parkway a 4 lane high volume road.

The proposed expansion would increase traffic and crime in this peaceful neighborhood, devalue the homes causing economic hardship to homeowners, and worst of all ruin the safety of our children and grandchildren who live there.

I cannot believe that the city would consider destroying the integrity of the neighborhood of Pebble Creek. Two lanes of traffic heading both directions would change the entire complexion of the community forever and it would never recover its charm and appeal. It would cause property values to decline. It would cause issues for the neighbors and children that use the sidewalks daily. It would disrupt the safety of those walking and biking to Lick Creek park. Why not just expand Rock Prairie Road. It is in a rural setting and would have limited impact on neighborhoods. It runs behind neighborhoods and not through the middle of one. This is very poor planning and even proposing this idea is unbelievable.

While the proposed expansion of Pebble Creek Parkway may help the City of College Station, it will create safety issues for PC residents. Additionally, it could lead to decreased home values for PC residents.

Please do not change this roadway!! I often include PCP in my running routes as part of the Greenway trail, and love the quiet nature of the neighborhood. There are always so many walkers/leashed dogs, runners and cyclists in the morning. Non-resident traffic without any care for the atmosphere of PC would ruin it. Please do not destroy this long-time desirable neighborhood.

Pebble Creek Parkway in not now, and never was intended to be a major thoroughfare. It is a focal point for entrance to our beautiful community. Runners, walkers, golfers, dog walkers, bicyclists, etc use the Parkway constantly. It must remain as it is now to continue to provide a safe place for all our residents.

Lakeway Drive that goes along Pebble Creek Elementaru is a more viable option. There are no homes. It is all commercial property. Why is it that the city never let's things go. They seldomly entertain options. I emphatically say no to using Pebble Creek Parkway to go to Southern Point.
