Protect Pebble Creek Parkway (PCP)

Why aren’t they running this road on Lakeway?

The city of College Station did almost the same thing to residents of Raintree Subdivision, which has degraded the quality of life & has provided countless realized opportunities for crime that did not exist before. They seem to forget that they work for us. Their attitude has always been that they are intellectually superior to citizens that are they have concluded are too stupid to care for themselves. They are content to tell us what we need or don't need, period. A government payed for by the people that despises the wishes of the people is worthless, & at odds with the principles that our nation was founded on.

SURELY a better rout for traffic can be found! A rout that does not compromise the safety or quality of life of the Pebble Creek Community!

This is not feasible and if it was pointless

Safety Issues increase and Property Values decline. No reason to add potential of 11,000 vehicles driving to Fitch through Pebble Creek on daily basis.

Running an arterial through one of the city’s largest neighborhoods is terrible for safety above the many other reasons it’s a poor idea. There are no amount of medians that would prevent damages, injuries, and more accidents.

This is a BIG no for my family - we have been a Pebble Creek family member since 2000 - please do not extend nor widen Pebble Creek Blvd.

No thanks on this road.

Let’s fight this

This changes our neighborhood and makes it a less desirable place to live. I don’t understand why officials would do that to such a well established neighborhood and one that houses an elementary school.

We do not need any more traffic through Pebble creek.

Please prioritize neighborhood safety and quality of life above business development in all of College Station and remove the extension of Pebble Creek Parkway from your plans. Thank you!

Seek safer routing options and an earnest evaluation of alternatives versus just splitting a long time neighborhood (expand William D Fitch and rock prairie possibly).

I believe the expansion will destroy the neighborhood by bringing big trucks into the neighborhood creating a safety hazard with the golf course and many children biking in the neighborhood. Running a main thoroughfare through an established neighborhood is very poor planning for a neighborhood with a golf course and the associated pedestrian, golf carts, and children who move within the neighborhood. Act to protect this neighborhood by ending this plan.

Who is responsible for coming up with such crazy ideas as this? Have they ever been to Pebble Creek to see this is not the location for a traffic thoroughfare? What a way to wreck a quiet residential neighborhood.

Please keep sending information & ways we can help keep this horrible development from going through.

Do not extend our beautiful neighborhood entry way into a speedway to the south!!

Why is someone always trying to fix something that’s not broke, and usually at the expense of others? I think such a project would reduce property values by much more than the mentioned 8%, not to mention the safety issues. Thank you to those who are bringing this to our attention, and setting up this petition.

We do not need this roadway coming through neighborhood and golf course. Stop it now and remove it from the outdated "50 year" plan.
