The community needs to push Mayor Caldwell to release the funds allocated to Pokai Bay Beach Park so that we can get bathroom gates and overhead screens installed to stop the constant drug activity in there and to stop the homeless from living and destroying these bathrooms. Gates would be locked at 10pm when the park closes.
