We need to stop this immediately. National vision is not a corporation we should be aligning with to educate our future optometrists. This is shameful and makes me question the integrity of this institution.

This is wrong on many fronts. OD's should not celebrate the idea of being corporate refractionists, nor should the school name themselves after a corporation that employs OD's to be refractionists.

I doubt these people will be able to get hired outside of corporate optometry. No disrespect to those who work in corporate opt. but refraction over medical examination seems to be the mantra.

I toured and almost went to NOVA-what a beautiful program and campus! I often wonder how my experience would have been there if I hadn't gone to the school closer to my home. I am sad to say I am thankful I did not chose NOVA, I cannot believe they did this to their students!
