This proposal definitely identifies and proposes fair resolution to issues that would significantly reduce the viability of delivery service businesses under the current version of the regulations. In particular the first and second proposed revisions warrant review and addition to the regulatory framework for this class of license. - Sheldon

I believe that a delivery license is bound for failure if an SE/EE applicant can not purchase at wholesale and warehouse products. It's simply not feasible to pick up products every morning from the retail stores, maintain a maned vehicle mandated to have two staff members, gps, body cameras, and video surveillance on the product while getting a small delivery fee per product. The profit margin is very slim. If we could instead purchase at wholesale and stock product in our warehouse, the profitability would be far greater and give us a fighting chance to thrive. - Kellie

Owning or starting a cannabis business is very daunting and expensive task. Smaller easier to enter the industry businesses such as these will allow SE and EE applicants to have a chance to make things happen. - Milton

People house bound and/or with disabilities would greatly benefit from a cannabis delivery service. Cannabis is just as legal as alcohol, which currently has delivery service along with currently restaurants allowed to sell "delivery/to go" alcohol. There is no reason cannabis should not be treated the same and with the same respect. - Jessica

I truly believe that this is important to keep equity in the cannabis space, and allow for more people who need the healing effects of the cannabinoids but would not otherwise have access to it, to be able to receive it safely, fairly, and conveniently. - Jessica

I feel it imperative that delivery companies be able to own a warehouse, purchase product at wholesale, and retail that product to consumers. I also feel is crucial that the EE/SE priority period for delivery licenses is set at a baseline of 3 years (with an option to extend if the equity mandate has not been met). - Grant

I feel that it give us a fair opportunity in the cannabis market to grow. I feel that if i have a delivery license and go to a company and try to deliver there goods, over pricing there products to get paid is not a good look on a new business trying to deliver. It makes them look shady and people draw away. What’s the point of starting one if that’s already the out come. We want to be able to make a profit, give back to our Community, and help out the ones that helped us. - Pedro

Out of state corporations are already ruining this industry in the state. We need to give every advantage to locally owned businesses to compete and keep that money in the state’s communities, especially those most affected by the unjust war on drugs. - Jonathan
