خالد محمد سعيد ال مجذوب، والدته إكرام المجذوب، مواليد 22 تشرين الثاني 1967 – في محلة غزة البقاع الغربي – لبنان. مع جنسية برازيلية. هاجر الى البرازيل من 35 سنة.
في 22 آب 2021، خلال زيارته للبنان تعرض لهجوم مسلح بعد عودته من المطعم، هو وزوجته وصديقتهما. للأسف قتلت الصديقة السورية الأصل، لكن خالد وزوجته منى نجيا من الموت بمعجزة الإلهية. بعد ساعات من الحادث، ذهب خالد كي يتشكى في مغفر ـ جب جنين – البقاع الغربي، يتفاجأ بتوقفه، وبعد يومين تم توقيف منى ايضاً على ذمة التحقيق.
زوجة خالد، منى عبد اللطيف المجذوب، توقفت 4 أشهر، استحصلت على اخلاء سبيل لكنها ما زالت ممنوعة من السفر (منى خضعت لعلاج كيميائي لسرطان العظم – قبل زيارة لبنان – يستلزم رجوعها الى البرازيل واستكمال فحوصاتها وادويتها).
بعد تسعة أشهر، لا يزال خالد محمد المجذوب موقوفًا دون توجيه تهم رسمية إليه. علماً انه قد تم بالفعل الاستماع إلى 3 شهود رئيسيين في القضية. أمام القضاء المسؤول عن التحقيق، وذكروا أن خالد المجذوب بريء، وكان ضحية اعتداء. وأكدت الشهادات ما قاله الدفاع. كما أن القضاء اللبناني غير قادر على إثبات ذنب الشخص المدعى عليه.
يمكن للسلطات اللبنانية إبقاء خالد المجذوب موقوفًا حتى اكتمال التحقيق في الجريمة، والتي يمكن أن تصل إلى خمس سنوات، وفقًا للدستور الاتحادي لعام 1926، عندما كانت لا تزال مستعمرة فرنسية. خالد المجذوب مسجون منذ 283 يوما دون توجيه أي تهم رسمية له في مدينة جب جنين في البقاع. تم انتهاك جميع حقوق الإنسان الخاصة به داخل وحدة السجن، مثل تقييد المياه للشرب والنظافة الشخصية.

خالد كان يعاني من سرطان في شرجه، إنه مريض بالسرطان.
في الأسابيع الأخيرة، في السجن، كان يعاني من إسهال حاد، وآلام شديدة في البطن. عدة مرات لم يتم توفير الماء حتى من أجل النظافة الشخصية. عدم توفر الماء في السجن سبب التهاب في الكبد وفيروس سي في الكبد مما يسبب سرطان إذا ضل بلا علاج.
وفقًا للتقريرين الطبيين الأخيرين المحدثين، يعاني من أورام معوية متكررة (داء السلائل المعوي)، ويحتاج إلى متابعة طبية صارمة حتى لا تتعرض صحته للخطر ويقلل من خطر الإصابة بسرطان الأمعاء الجديد بسبب المخاطر المرتبطة به. المرض الأساسي، وهو داء السلائل المعوي الوراثي.

A quem interessa possa. Não domino o idioma,não sei me expressar nem sei como falar sobre essa causa,mas tenho feito minhas orações em nome deste Libanês que também tognou-se em nossa pátria cidadão Brasileiro. Então pessoas permissão para pedir aos responsáveis pelas leis do Líbano, por favor trabalhem de forma que nosso irmão seja liberto. Ele é inocente e já se sabe disso,mas enquanto a liberdade não chega,cuidem da saúde dele. Ele precisa de tratamento adequando enquanto espera pela liberdade, Por favor,não sneguem o tratamento, ele está muito doente,não o deixe morrer. Sejam mais flexíveis,nosso irmão é inocente. Desde de já agradeço. Saudações ao povo Libanês.
Liberdade já , pelo que foi dito ele foi testemunha de um crime , isso não quer dizer que ele foi o culpado pelo crime, já morei 4 anos em kamed el Louz , liberdade para o nosso irmão
Peço as autoridades libanesas, que tenha clemência a um homem do bem, trabalhador filho pai avó,e acima de tudo um empresário do qual dele depende várias famílias inclusive a minha, trabalho nessa empresa à 20 anos, tenho orgulho de ter conseguindo criar meus filhos e de ter conseguido através dessa família não somente o meu proficional, mas também pessoal, o respeito e gratidão que tenho por todos é e será pra sempre..admiração respeito e carinho pelo Sr. Khaled é imenso. Liberdade já o nós precisamos dele aqui com agente, ele é a força e perseverança.

É um absurdo, um empresário da minha cidade São José dos Campos. Há muitos anos trabalha com sua família e construíram várias lojas. É Brasileiro.
