KMHA had started the groundwork for an TCHL U21 hockey league for the 2024-2025 season. Unfortunately KMHA deemed that there was not enough interest and quietly cancelled the program at the last minute.
Presently, in the Tri-City region there exists a gap for these post U18 hockey players who are unable to continue to play Alliance organized youth leagues, but are not quite ready or eligible for what is colloquially known as "beer leagues". Creating a U21 League lies within this gap, and would allows players to continue an organized and regulated format for which to continue their love of hockey.
Hence, we should rally together and push for this cause, making our voices and the needs of young hockey players heard. Please support this petition for KMHA to relaunch the program and make the 2025-2026 U21 Hockey League a reality.

bring it back for next year. need something better than just pickup games.
hockey is for life. dont cut these kids off just because they aged out of u18.
RIDICULOUS that they cancelled it. these kids arent ready for beer league yet. keep em in organized hockey.
My son is missing his hockey so much. He just wants to play with his buddies and stay active. Please bring this back.
KMHA really dropped the ball on this one. tons of kids want to play, just look at the registration lists.
