This is horrific! There needs to be stronger laws against animal abuse! Why couldn’t someone help sooner?! I see that locals reached out to help this poor pittie and no one responded. This could have been prevented had people done their jobs! Police need to be more involved in animal cruelty cases.

There is no reason to be cruel to GODS creatures the cruel owner should be given same punishment... may Karma punish its whole family born and unborned.

Please for the sake of Champ and all neglected animals everywhere, please convict and fine this person that starved this sweet soul and also the person that abandoned Champ in the first place. Pass stronger fines and jail time for these offenders.
