The board finally agreed to stream our meetings starting next month. My neighbors and I fought hard for this level of transparency and I am relieved we can finally see what is happening in our own community. Keep logging on to watch them closely so we make sure this stays …

This month's board meeting on June 17 was supposed to be open to homeowners, but due to board restrictions and COVID Phase 2, homeowners cannot attend and speak or observe.

TWO of the four elected board members have resigned in the last two days and we as a community deserve to know what is happening in the meetings as the minutes do not give a clear depiction either.

We as residents implore the board and management stream the meeting for resident viewing. With the technology available today, it should be very simple to do so via a phone or computer with minimal setup or issues. This has been asked and discussed any times before and has not happened, but there is no excuse if a town council can do it and we are the size of a small town.

Watching the count rise reminds me that I am not the only neighbor tired of being kept in the dark about our community. We need just a few more people to join us before we hit that century mark and force the board to acknowledge us. Please take a moment to forward this link to your neighbors so they know what is happening behind closed doors.

We are approaching two hundred and fifty signatures and I need your help to push us over that threshold before I present this to the board. My neighbors are still being kept in the dark while crucial decisions happen behind closed doors. Please get this link in front of our community members so we can finally force some transparency.

Our board needs to be re-evaluated. We are having a lot of problems with our board members. Hedingham neighborhood is not happy with our board members or HOA something has to be done while this neighborhood can be saved. Several long time residents gave moved because of the way things are now. I, myself, have thought about moving out of this neighborhood. Please listen to the residents.

The increasing lack of transparency from the Board is rather concerning. We the homeowners pay the dues that keep the community running, we should be able to have proper representation and not have secrecy by this Board. Have been a homeowner since 2003 and can clearly see a deterioration in the Board and the community.

We pay dues. We have covenants--check page 12 about financial reports in Exhibit C, which were due the end of April and reports that must be provided to owners on page 19, Exhibit C, Article VI, Section 4 (a). They must provide us clear information--not a little. We used to get newsletters with all the events and reports--I haven't seen one in 2 years!

As the owner of several properties, including two where the board representative/s DO NOT return emails or calls, it is shameful to have a board that does things without any transparency.

I was rudely and abruptly asked to leave Board Meeting before I learned they had changed to private. I had been attending meetings for years and was shocked at the way it was handled. Never once offered a explanation or apology.

We need more transparency from the Board about what's going on in our neighborhood. Technology is available to facilitate this request. If we can do our jobs and go to church via virtual meetings, to be sure we can do the same for an HOA meeting.

As a resident for 17 years the decline in our community is at the very least - sad. We need BOD members to understand that their own neighbors are the customers/stakeholders of Hedingham. BOD needs to engage the service of a HOA that understands that same respect to us, the stakeholders/customers of Hedingham, especially when they have no issue to increase our annual dues. And, the BOD needs to consider who/where they gain their legal consultation too. It was the HOA who pointed finger at BOD, when BOD listened to Legal with a decision to provide no grace period in paying our monthly dues during this pandemic crisis. Finger pointing all around! Again, they all need to remember who the customers are. We deserve to hear the BOD meetings and have a voice as stakeholders in this community!!
