Freedom to Buy Electric Vehicles in Arkansas

It is important to open up the vehicle market to allow new ways of purchasing electric vehicles. The automobile dealer concept is a product of a time when the only way to even see vehicles was to go to a car lot. The Internet is over 40 years old, and as most other forms of commerce have adapted accordingly, the car dealership model remains mired in the past. Only outdated local regulations prevent automobile commerce from moving into the future. Please remove these outdated laws and open up the free market for the benefit of all consumers!

Thank you for organizing this petition, we desperately need service centers, sales center to provide a true Free Market. The dealership model goes against free market and the Freedom this country stands for.

Giving customer more choice is always a good thing. Also EVs on roads improve breathable air and local respiratory health reducing healthcare costs, both for people and government.

Should have happened a long time ago.

Please open up this new method of vehicle purchase in Arkansas. It is more convenient and open than the dealership method. And gives the consumer another option.

Why not allow Tesla to be allowed to sell in Arkansas. Please allow Tesla to sell in this state.

Consumer choice in vehicles is important to residents of Arkansas and beyond.

I have bought 3 teslas over the past 6 years and have had to drive to Memphis in order to make the transaction. Taking a day off work, driving and spending more money in order to obtain a vehicle does not help the Arkansas economy or citizen.

Cars should be direct purchases, just like everything else. Crazy that we have to go out of Arkansas to purchase the most American made vehicle.

Please allow Tesla to make sales in Arkansas.

The most American made vehicles cannot be purchased in the state of Arkansas. That statement is embarrassing. Please allow direct sales. It is archaic to make someone that lives in Arkansas to have to drive to Memphis, Kansas City or St Louis to buy American made vehicles. Please - do the right thing & allow direct sales. Thank you! Please allow direct buying of EVs along with the repair centers.
