Restricting businesses from selling items regardless of the product is not capitalism. Let the consumer decide what they want...not the dealership lobbying group. Isn't this one reason we elected the officials we have in Washington?

It makes no sense when buying a Tesla, and have to commute to Kansas City to pick it up.

It’s sad that Arkansas is so behind on this. We need to lead not follow. This law needs to get corrected immediately.

We need to remove the restrictions in Arkansas.

It is absurd that any other vehicle manufacturer is allowed to sell and service their EV’s and yet one manufacturer is not even allowed a service center in a state where there has been a dramatic increase in Tesla ownership! I hope our legislators make this fair and equitable for all!

Please expand consumer choice and freedom by allowing direct sales to consumers in Arkansas. Prohibiting this purchasing avenue only results in higher vehicle acquisition and service costs to the citizens of Arkansas.

Direct sales would allow service centers in Arkansas as well as sales. All round good for people choosing to live in our beautiful state.

It's time to even the playing field. Allow the market to be free and end the excessive regulation on direct sales.

Arkansas is only hurting itself as buyers of vehicles only available through direct channels are going out of state to make these purchases.
