Is this a free-market capitalist country or not? This kind of choke on a growing market is absurd. Some smart patriot in an elected office should have already championed this, but thar would mean not being paid for by insurance lobbyists.

It's time for Arkansas to move into the 21st century and support the EV owners of our state! Many citizens of our great state choose to own an EV and shouldn't have to drive to neighboring states for service!

I see no legitimate reason why the market in Arkansas shouldn’t be open. Remove control from the hands of the Arkansas Auto Association.

Not having a reasonable selection of EV vehicles to choose from is the only reason we haven't purchased one yet. Our priority is to purchase an American car and unfortunately our choices in Arkansas are limited to 2 options and that's not enough. Please pass this so we don't have to buy an EV from another country of origin. Please support vehicle makers of the US by allowing direct sales to citizens of Arkansas.
