We would like to make it known that E2 Treaty Investor Visa holders are primarily Job Creators and Investors. These are requirements to get the Visa in the beginning and for future Renewals.
This Visa does not lead to a Green Card and has to be
constantly renewed.
We hope that future Legislation through Congress will allow us to be able to apply for Green Cards so we have a more stable future for our own families and those of our Employees.

E2 visa from thailand since 2004, operating 2 succes restaurants in Meridian and Eagle Idaho. Create job to 50+ Americans, major source income for many colleage students to pay their tuitions, or feed their families. I have to renew every 2 years, no secure!
I employ 500 people in my E2 business. I have invested time and money in order to create jobs for Americans. Please allow us LEGAL immigrants to apply for Green Cards so we can stay in the US and continue to provide employment for Americans.
Have had E2 visa since 1998, the year we created our company. Still going strong, employing Americans, paying our taxes and not sending money out of the USA. Without access to a green card however still have an uncertain future here.
My grandson had to leave this country and return to the UK where he knows no one because he was approaching 21. He was not even allowed to have a part time job whilst growing up which is all part of a young persons training to be a good responsible adult. Shameful.
We have been here nearly 2 yrs and employ 2 US citizens and a number USA companies as sub-contractors. We are going through the first renewal process now; the $10k - $12k it is costing us could have been used to re-invest in our business.
I am from Luxemburg and have a E2 visa

We run a farm tractor parts business that supports 7500 American farmers. We want security in bringing our business to the US to better help these farmers. The E2 Visa does not provide any security whatsoever to the cream of the immigrant crop; investing employers.
