I am Canadian citizens and e2 visa holding since 2001.

I am here on my husbands E2 visa having bought a business in North Port Fl. we only have 2.5 years left on our 5 year visa and I constantly worry we are not going to make an new visa . We should be happy living here with no worries of a renewal. We both work hard and love this country but it's a constant worry to us is also costly in fees to renew through our broker . I hope new legislation changes to allow us on a longer visa or have a Green Card as long as we have a business that is adequate for our needs

We run a farm tractor parts business that supports 7500 American farmers. We want security in bringing our business to the US to better help these farmers. The E2 Visa does not provide any security whatsoever to the cream of the immigrant crop; investing employers.

E2 visa from thailand since 2004, operating 2 succes restaurants in Meridian and Eagle Idaho. Create job to 50+ Americans, major source income for many colleage students to pay their tuitions, or feed their families. I have to renew every 2 years, no secure!

We are E2 visa's holders, we create jobs, invest in our business, pay taxes, health insurance, our kids go to school here but our future and our kids future are not safe.

I employ 8 US citizens, in a business i worked up from nothing over the last 5 years, my company generates a lot of revenue in taxes for the government, I find it frustrating that we are treated so unfairly by the immigration dept, who make the renewal so difficult and stressful

Can't believe in this day & age that tax paying, lawful families are being tourn apart because of these regulations!!!!

I am and it's not fair to invest a lot of money in the country, to pay more than american people for house taxes and put my kids out of the country when they grow in usa!

We have been operating a cafe and retail store for coming on five years. We are coming up for our first renewal. We purchased a business that employed 3 full time and 4 part time. We now employ 7 full time and 9 part time employees. We offer our full time staff full benefits and paid vacation. We love our community and our business and staff. I find it frustrating that I cannot participate in municipal commissions that shape our business community as well as my family community. I'm thankful for the opportunity, but I feel like I am treated unfairly. I think if one proves to be viable and productive for their community, then one should be afforded the opportunity to be a permanent part of it.
