It's one of the great mysteries of all time. Are we alone in the universe? What came first, the chicken or the egg? Who shot first, Han or Greedo? Lebron or MJ? Is Die Hard a Christmas movie? While these questions remain unanswered for the most part, I can say with resounding confidence that YES, Die Hard IS in fact a Christmas movie. I didn't come to this conclusion on my own. I have conducted many studies on the issue. Sought insight from my peers, collected data, and received expert analysis from the very intelligent people in internet message boards, etc. While a lot of people look forward to watching Ralphie in A Christmas Story, or Charlie Brown, many of us consider Hans Gruber falling off Nakatomi Plaza as the highlight of Xmas flicks. No doubt Die Hard is the GOAT as far as holiday movies goes. My goal is to get 100,000 people sign this online petition. I will then send this to Regal Cinemas, asking them to re-release Die Hard this Christmas.
