As a life long boater and self-employed businessman for more than 25 years, Corey Boehm is seeking approval for his proposal to the Village of Trempealeau to own and operate the marina formerly known as Sunset Bay. Corey, his wife Nancy, and their two sons Jackson and Alexander have been slip tenants at the Trempealeau marina for 15 years. Corey understands boats and
the needs of boaters and has secured financial funding. With strengths in business management, marine maintenance, and customer service, Corey is asking for your support and show of faith that he will restore the integrity of the marina and reestablish it
as an asset to the Trempealeau Community. Please add a comment that Corey can share with the Village of Trempealeau in his efforts to be awarded the marina lease. THANK YOU for your support!

The Boehm family have been a very hardworking, caring and active community members in the Arcadia area for many years; I’m sure they will do all they can to get the Marina to reach its full potential.
Corey would be a perfect fit for the Marina. With his experience of being a business owner, knowledge of boating and great personality is exactly what the Marina needs to bring it back to it's full potential! It would be great to see some effort put back into a great asset we have here and we know the Boehm's would do a great job as they love the river as much as the rest of us!
Cory has been the go to guy on the dock due to his avid boating life. He is dependable and honest, a rare combination in today's business world. I would strongly suggest his as a harbor master at the Trempealeau Marina.
We couldn't think of anyone better to run the marina! We were in slip C13 from 1996-2010 and have seen a lot of poor changes at the marina. Corey is very knowledgeable about boats and running a business. We have known Corey for many years and he would definitely bring the marina back to life and make it great again!!
I've known Corey for many years, and have always been impressed with his boating and river knowledge. He has a good understanding of what the marina needs for it to become profitable and make it into a marina that the Village of Trempealeau and upper Mississippi area will once again be proud of!
Corey Boehm would be a great choice to operate and own the marina which is used by so many people.
As a 28 year boater on the Mississippi River System and a slip renter in Trempealeau for 11 years, I can say that a well-run Marina/Harbor is an asset to any town located next this waterway. I know that Cory Boehm has the talent, ability, funding, and experience required to bring this Harbor up to a level that will not only make the village proud but encourage transit boaters to STOP, SPEND, and ENJOY the many experiences outdoor available in this area. Cory has been running his own business for many years and knows how to take care of the customer. His boating knowledge is exceptional and Cory has been the "go to" guy for help in anything related to electrical or mechanical in boating for the last couple of years. I know Cory Boehm will not only provide the necessary effort and results in the day to day running of the harbor but will also enhance the expansion of tourism for the surrounding area with is services, therefore bring additional dollars to Trempealeau versus watching all of these boats/ dollars just drive by to the “next” river town.

Corey and Nancy would be incredible Stewart's of the marina. As boaters they have a feel of what the marina community wants to see in their marina and the personalities to thrive in this type of venture!
