Keep Camp Alpha Project Open and Serving those who have Served our Nation.

Because homeless and Veteran does not belong in the same sentence...

What the hell is wrong with our government? Give these soldiers a break!

Please allow Camp Alpha to stay. They are helping homeless veterans that have no where else to go and helping them get back on their feet.

This worthwhile project needs to stay open, for the benefit of our homeless veterans.

Vets need us

Keep this open for our troops who served this great nation. !!!!

Please keep Camp Alpha Project open.

I visited this camp last week and I engaged with a group of respectful, gracious and friendly people. It wasn't noisy, it was organized and quite frankly it is long overdue. I do not have any reservations going back and I will have my young children with me next time. I don't see the city of Phoenix, or any other city, doing anything better and I am baffled why the city officials are having such a hard time letting a group of hard working volunteers do the work that should be a top priority but is instead neglected. Maybe a 'thank you, how can we help make this even more successful' should be replacing this attempt at shutting it down.

My children serve, have served and beginning to serve. Protect our veterans!!

keep Camp Alpha open. City Code violations happen every day and are ignored by the city manager. city code violation to sleep, urinate and defecate in city parks, business doorways and parking lots.. yet it happens every day/night City code violation to panhandle on street corners, highway access roads, yet it happens every day. City of Phoenix seems to pick and choose which violations they want to enforce. Leave Camp Alpha alone, they are providing a service the government refuses to do!

Please don't let this happen.

We should honor our Veterans. How about fundraising to fix the violations and help them instead of turning them out into the street?

They were there for us in our hour of need. Now... Are we there for them????? Please Support Our Homeless Veterans!!! Merry Christmas and a Very Blessed New Year!!!

City of Phoenix should be ashamed Our Veterans need a safe place

OUR HOMELESS AND VETS DESERVE A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE

We should do what we can to help!

It sounds to me like this camp is being very conscientous about their area by keeping things clean and orderly.. It sounds like a very controlled and secure place for a homeless person to be.. Please have compassion for these people. and prayers and thanks to all the caring and selfless people involved.. If not this area then please provide a safe place for their much needed and appreciated camp.. Put yourself or someone you love in their place...Doesn't sound very pleasant does it?

This is a just cause and in my opinion deserves all the support available. Keep up the great work and God bless you.

Why close a good thing? Let the veterans have one good thing in this country that THEY fought to keep free for YOU.
