Nothing screams modern, progressive learning environments like jeans. It makes getting down on the student's level and engaging with them much more comfortable and feasible. Not to mention we are happier when we are confident in how we look, therefore jeans make a more positive working environment. :)

Jeans are now the norm in corporate America. It shouldn't be any different for teachers as long as they are nice jeans!!
Really? Jeans can't be worn WHENEVER???? I don't know why this should take a petition but we love our teachers so whatever it takes! Really such a simple thing to allow and as long as teachers are happy the kids will be happy!
I LIKE IT!!!! I even wear my jeans with a nice shirt to church on Sunday mornings. Changing times!!!!!
I think wearing jeans makes me enjoy the day with my students better...I still am professional with a nice top..the kids seem to comment on it as well:)

Finally!! Its so hard to get on the floor with the little ones in dress pants. Jeans are just way more practical for our jobs anyway!
