The volume of support has reached a level that the athletic department can no longer ignore. I am currently finalizing a formal letter to be delivered to the university administration outlining our specific grievances.

From the start, I really had doubts about his coaching abilities. He was a one time PBA coach and had a good run with Air21 but lost in the Finals. He messed up during his 1st season with the Eagles. He almost redeemed himself when he made it to the Semis on his 2nd season but still fell short. He is still messing up on his 3rd season. I call for the three strike rule here. Let's get him out! I believe the Eagles deserve a better coach who will maximize their potentials. They deserve a coach who will encourage better team play and not rely on one guy. They are running a risk of injuring Kiefer if they keep on going this way. RESIGN PLEASE! WE DO NOT NEED YOUR EXCUSES AND OUT DATED COACHING STRATEGIES.
He's proven time and time again that he's incompetent, often relying on Hero ball to save his ass. He has 2 plays on his playbook: 1. Isolation with Kiefer, and 2. Screen play to open up Pessumal. It's easy enough for other teams to take advantage of this. He also used the same 2 plays with Gary David back in the PBA. He's stubborn because he doesn't change it up when it doesn't work anymore.

another wtf game.. i know arvin is not the best defender out there.. but the boy has offense.. he has showned us flashes of brilliance.. and we have seen it last year when his confidence is up.. he can play.. but bo perasol benching him is not helping the cause nor the boys confidence..
