There must be other better places to put new things! Personally, I don't think we need another amenity in a whole new venue. Supposedly the population is changing and there are more families moving in who have young children than there used to be. Do we have to accommodate them? Or might they figure out what they want before they move here? This sounds like a mean old lady -- I am an old lady, but I'm not mean, just realistic.

Let's keep the nature, wildlife & peace of BVS as it is & the reason most of us moved here.

Any change to Bear Valley that impact’s our communities wildlife, beauty and or the solitude we all enjoy, and the reason for living here for most of us, should not be allowed in any way to protect our rural way of life.

Please do not develop this land!!! It supports the wildlife and fauna in BV and helps make this our little Paradise.

Leave our beautiful meadow alone. The developers are already effecting the wildlife travel to the lakes.

Development there would ruin the look and feel of the residents; let alone, the animals.

While I see the appeal of a bike area for kids, there are far too many negatives. I foresee elk or deer sleeping in a blind spot in the track and a racing kid happening upon it. This would cause severe injury to both the bike rider and the animal! Save the meadow!

I do not support this at all. Keep the beauty and nature of bvs. The more we build the less room there is for nature and wildlife.
