This area is a flood plain and should be left alone to help replenish the water table.

Saving the meadow for the wildlife and for the overall appearance of BVS must out weigh the revenue from the sales of the lots.

I think that we should preserve the open spaces for so many who move here love our community. The open spaces preserve the wildlife.
Together as a community we have stopped 5G Towers, I necessary mountain bike trails on our horse trails, and now BMX park or possibly track homes that are open spaces
We will come together to keep it safe we do not want over development nor do we want
Or traffic, more danger to our wildlife and two our neighbors and friends of our community. Please stop the madness!!
I’m a realtor and I am opposed to this and believe that if needed we should be able to have a community meeting. For this or any future development of Bear Valley Springs

I support to save the meadow in BVS. Protection of the wildlife is inherent in the design of the community. BVS has more than enough amenities to strongly serve the community of all ages. Save The Meadow. Barry Trexler 3417-274.

Bike park in the proposed location is totally inappropriate in my opinion. It is disruptive to the wildlife, it is unsupervised and potentially dangerous to bikers, and equestrians when as is now the case, bikers move onto the horse trails. Also we are losing the open spaces many of us moved here to enjoy.

By all means, the meadow is the wonderful part of living in our beautiful Bear Valley. Please lets not let it go!

My home in Golfari Ct is directly in front of the proposed location for the bmx park. (Small green two story house right on that part of the meadow. Not only will my property value and my daily life be decimated by the construction of a bmx park in that location, but every day I witness the comings and goings of the wildlife that live in that area. In my nearly 3 years in BVS I have taken thousands of photos and videos of the wildlife that frequent that area…herds of elk (I have video of them sparring), herds of deer, foxes, and bobcats are constantly through that area. I absolutely oppose this proposal.

Because the meadow bordered by San Juan and Cumberland is private and can be fenced/built out, the small remaining area owned by CSD should be preserved as natural, open, public space. I urge a No vote on the proposed bike park or any other future use that seeks to develops this area.
