Started by Greater Phoenix Leadership 6 years, 1 month ago

As an Arizona business, we join with CEO leadership organizations Greater Phoenix Leadership, Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Northern Arizona Leadership Alliance in public calls for dialogue, meaningful reform and change across our state and nation related to racism and racial inequity. It is time to be clear, as business and community leaders, regarding our individual and organizational commitments to leading the dismantlement of systemic racism.

Speaking out about fundamental opposition to racism and bigotry is critically important and a protected American right, even amid a global pandemic utilizing physical distancing. It is incumbent upon Arizona’s business community to focus on these issues, and we are committed to doing so.

By signing on to this petition, we commit to actively seek opportunities to engage, listen, ask questions, learn, and work diligently so that we may take meaningful action to better our great state.
Working, partnering and collaborating together, we will create a more prosperous, equal, and fair state and nation.

Rites O'Passage Ceremony and Coaching works to move away from a culture of punishment towards a community of care. Away from exclusivity and towards inclusion. Healthy communities are safe communities, and ROP knows that until all of us are safe and equal under the law, none of us are.
