Reaching 250 signatures proves so many of us feel the same frustration regarding these pay commission flaws. Seeing this level of engagement reminds me exactly why I started this for my colleagues who deserve fair treatment.

Seeing one hundred people put their name behind these demands for fair pay is overwhelming. This issue has weighed on my household for so long and knowing I am not alone in this fight gives me hope.

We are approaching the one hundred signature mark and I need you to help push us over that ledge today. If we reach this milestone now it proves we have the momentum to force the Cabinet Secretary to truly listen to our families.

Agreed with the points mentioned. Hope the committee listens to these genuine concerns instead of ignoring us.
Just look at the retail prices vs the WSP. The math is clearly wrong. Do justice to the central govt employees.
Living costs are rising every single day and our wages are stuck. The calculation for the minimum wage needs to be fair.
Too much discrimination between staff and officers. We all deserve a decent hike considering inflation is crazy high right now.
The disparity is just too much. Working hard for years and the fitment benefit does not reflect that at all. Please consider the revision.

FIX IT. The 6CPC is not working for the common employee. We deserve better logic in the calculation.
