We the Citizens of the United States of America propose a clearing of any negative credit reporting on Foreclosure on any home which was a primary residence during the period 2007 to 2012. This would allow citizens to purchase homes they can afford at a fair interest rate and it will stimulate our economy. The banks were bailed out by the Tax Payers and The Tax Payers should get a second chance. Millions have lost their homes and many are to follow with the economic issues and Job loss Americans are dealing with. This is not a hand out; This offers a second chance for Americans to own a home.
