Americans Against Foreclosures ( AAF ) submit this petition as a first step in the legislative process to introduce this bill to Congress. Only members of Congress can introduce legislation, while some important bills are traditionally introduced at the request of the President.
As a result of the Coronavirus ( Covid-19 ) pandemic Congress passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, also known as the CARES Act, which is a law intended to address the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
It fell short, in not protecting Homeowners against the uncontrolled and systematic attempt by third parties, taking advantage of the precarious financial situation of Homeowners, to attempt to fraudulently foreclose and evict them from their homes.
AAF Members across the nation have come together to propose this Bill to Congress to stop the sale of all liens and mortgages on Wall Street, and stop all attempts at Foreclosure and Eviction of Homeowners from their homes immediately.

Other first world countries are supporting their citizens thru this Covid pandemic, why the hell aren’t we?

I'll sign petitions for every Home Owner that needs assistance. I have never been in a Foreclosed situation nor do I own a home.
