Technically, Jim has not had a losing season yet. That part of the team isn't broken.
One bad season full of injuries does not make him a bad coach. Remember how inept we were without him. The players are still playing hard for him and the fans still wants him to stay.
you will not, I repeat (NOT) find a better coach then JH. Definitely need to change up the OC and find some recievers that can separate!
Harbaugh should remain the Niners head coach, just my personal opinion. I'm not sure whats going on with the organization, but he came into a mess and did a damn fine kob of reconstruction the team, I say let him stay & finish what he started, if any one can turn them around it would be Coach Harbaugh, he's done it once already. Thank you!!
keep him but get him some courses in not being too stubborn or too loyal when its clearly not working and change is needed.
Don't get rid of Harbaugh.

One bad season what about the other 3. One play away from winning the Super Bowl, last year one play away from going to the Super Bowl. Probably can say the same on the year before that. Do the math it don't take a rocket science!
