The momentum behind this petition has moved the situation into the public eye and created a clearer mandate for our request. I am currently finalizing a formal letter to Mr. Irsay that outlines our position with these signatures as the primary evidence. Lost Luck because of poor draft choices and no protection. Pagano can only coach with the players he is given.This season falls directly at the feet of Grigson.
Mr Irsay needs to understand that it is not Chucks's fault that Luck got injured. It also need to be understood that Chuck is a beloved member of Colts fans. Not so much for Grigson. If anyone should go it should be Grigson.
Grigson controls too much personnel and coaching... Pagano basically coaches with his hands tied behind his back. Tell me why a great coach should lose his job and a poor GM gets to keep his. Also... what better coach is there to replace Pagano?? We already let Arians go... Irsay... I plead with you to consider what you're doing. Pagano stays, Grigson walks. Let Coach Pagano choose his coaching staff and have some say in the draft and free agency picks.
Chuck Pagano is a great coach and great person!! He has done so much for the Colts on and off the field... Who could do a better job than him..No One!! Allot of bad things have happened this season,not one of them caused by him....It breaks my heart for him and his family they have to go through this negativeaty...IF he is let go,so be it...He will survive and be better because that's who he is....Maybe you should look around and do the right thing!! You never come out ahead by knocking down a man who bleeds blue blood for this team...

Chuck Pagano is without question the most worthless coach in the NFL. Wonderful guy who should try his "Luck" as an inspirational speaker on beating Leukemia. However Andrew Luck has completely covered for this guy's incompetence and been nearly killed in the process by sacks and hits (failing to slide notwithstanding). The same goes for Grigson. Firing him is also a no-brainer. However, all of these people clamoring for Pagano to be saved are now seeing the fruits of that request: An absolute debacle of a head coach who is completely in over his head and too ego-centric to ever admit it. He "fired" practically all of his coaching staff from last season only to replace them with coaches equally or more incompetent than he is. Incompetence breeds incompetence. The players "love" him because he is basically a sideline cheerleader who fails to hold the players accountable and doesn't know anything about coaching fundemental football to them. Most penalized team in the league; terrible tackling; bottom feeding defense on points and yardage; but he is a "good" coach??? Let's come back to reality folks and not feel guilty about calling this guy what he is: A COMPLETE BUST. Oh and Bruce Arians coached the team to the playoffs in 2012, let's get that right.
Get rid of grigson, decision of who to play and when should be a decision left up to the coach. Not to front office personnel in the front office.

Fire Ryan Grigson keep Chuck Pagano look how they played against Denver when coach got Rod Chudzinski the offensive coordinator he wanted in the first place .You don't need a big name coach you need a big time GM whom does not make coaching decisions for the coach. I am a life time fan of the Colts and I respect you as an owner I hope you come to see Chuck is the right coach the players never quit om him.
