છેલ્લા દસ દિવસમાં 42 KP Samaj Canada મા ઝગડી રહેલા બંને ગ્રુપ તરફથી ઘણા email સમાજના સભ્યો ને મોકલવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ email ઓ વાંચ્યા પછી એવું લાગે છે કે સમાજના અગ્રણીઓ અને જાગૃત સભ્યોએ વહેલામાં વહેલા બંને પક્ષોને ભેગા કરી ઝગડાનું સમાધાન લાવવું જરૂરી છે
આ Email ઓ પરથી સ્પષ્ટ કહી શકાય છે કે આ ઝઘડો સમાજના અમુક લોકો વચ્ચેનો જ છે
આ લોકો પોતાના ઈગો અને personal વિવાદો ના લીધે ઝઘડાનો અંત લાવવા માગતા નથી.
સમાજની કારોબારી સમિતિ માં અને volunteers કમિટીમાં કામ કરી રહેલા અને કામ કરી ચૂકેલા લોકોએ સમજવું જોઈએ કે જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ સમાજ માટે કામ કરતો હોય તો તેને કોઈપણ પ્રકારના માન-સન્માન કે અભિમાન ની ભાવના અને કોઈપણ પ્રકારની અપેક્ષા કે સ્વાર્થ વગર કામ કરવું જોઈએ .સમાજનું કામ કરવા માટે કોઈએ તમને બાધ્ય કરેલા નથી તમે સ્વેચ્છાએ એ આ કામ સ્વીકારેલું છે.
આ લોકોને એ વાત સમજવી જરૂરી છે કે આ સમાજ કોઈ એક વ્યક્તિ કે ગ્રુપ નો નથી.
હાલની પરિસ્થિતિને જોતા, વિવાદનો અંત લાવવા અને સમાજ ની એકતા ને સર્વોપરી ગણતા નીચેના ને ઉપાયો કરવાની જરૂર છે
1)સમાજની એકતા જળવાઈ રહે તે માટે બહુ જરૂરી છે કે બંને પક્ષના લોકો પોતાનો ઈગો સાઈડમાં મુકી અને મનદુઃખ ભૂલી,સમાજના હિત માટે વિવાદનો અંત લાવે અને એકબીજાથી થયેલી ભૂલચૂક માફ કરે અનેએક થઈ જાય.
2)જો કોઈ કારણસર બંને પક્ષના લોકો આ વિવાદનો અંત લાવી ન શકતા હોય તો સમાજના જવાબદાર સભ્યોએ બંને પક્ષના વ્યક્તિઓને સમાજની કારોબારી સમિતિથી દૂર કરી દેવા જોઈએ અને નવી કમિટીબનાવીજોઈએ.
જ્યાં સુધી આવી કોઈ મીટીંગ યોજવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી અને પરિસ્થિતિ વધુ ન બગડે તે માટે નીચેના સમાજના સભ્યોએ સર્વાનુમતે નક્કી કર્યું છે કે બંને પક્ષો તરફથી યોજવામાં આવતી કોઈપણ ઈવેન્ટમાં ભાગ લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
હાલની volunteers કમિટીનેઆગ્રહકરીએછેકે 2019 ની 42 KP Samaj Canada Picnic પહેલાજનરલમીટીંગકરીઆવિવાદનોઅંતલાવે.
અમે ઈચ્છીએ છીએ કે 42 સમાજના બીજા ગામો અને સભ્યો પણ આમાં સહકાર આપી જનરલ મીટીંગ માં વિવાદનો અંત લાવવા ના પ્રયાસ કરે

I have been reading every email sent to our members and the division within our community is becoming impossible to ignore. People are tired of these personal disputes distracting from the real purpose of our organization. I am currently reaching out to key members on both sides to demand they focus on the future of our Samaj rather than their own pride.

Seeing the momentum behind this demand proves that our community is tired of the fighting and demands real accountability. It is clear that the ego of a few people should never come before the unity of our Samaj.

Very sad to see this happening in our community. Stop wasting time on emails and personal attacks. Get in a room and fix this now.
As a neutral person, my opinion is to discuss the matter together and solve it asap for the betterment of 42 kadva Patidar samaj.
No function to be celebrated ( no money to be spent) Till we arrive any solution
This is literally kids game . EGO is big factor . No one ready to forgive each other so that’s not good . This is not matter of 42 samaj but matter of our 1 family . Please be ready to N’joy celebration after rejoin all 42 samaj members again . Cheers
I am strongly agree with this petition and I suggest that central island (Rath yatra )is the best place for general meeting so everyone can join meetings and enjoy the event. if everyone agree.
