seems like the right thing to do. honor them properly.
32 should be retired across the board. its a small way to show respect for those lost.
THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. VT family forever. Never forget.
Long overdue. The university really dropped the ball on this one.

Policies are meant to be broken for special cases. This is definitely one of them.
