I am a multiple property owner in Brookhaven and think we'r should have more public places for our kids to spend quality time. This bike track is one person's response to helping her children be active, healthy children, and it should be allowed with no issues or restrictions.

This is nuts. Would you rather have the kids do something positive and not be getting in trouble in the streets or street riding in illegal spots where they can get in trouble with the law? Come on now get with it BMX isn’t this “new thing” anymore that people are trying to figure out there’s people who are paid pro riders who make a big living off it.

The town and the association should be ashamed of themselves. Get a civil rights lawyer involved you have rights.

The towns,state, government, always try to control everything but then offer nothing. Let them keep it. It hurts no one and it’s a safe place for the kids to be.

Children that play close to home especially on their own property instead of roaming the streets shouldn't be penalized. I hope the town will take the health issues of this child into consideration .I sincerely hope they reconsider.

Leave the kids alone too bad the town will defently make u remove that because it is a safety issue and ur insurance will jack up also been threw it before good luck
