This project is the embodiment of an urban ADU - critical to effective urban density and beautiful, livable cities.

This project needs to be a precedent for the development in the US. We have become too vehicle dependent for too many years. It is time to start allowing buildings to be designed around the pedestrian once again!

Diversity takes many forms, some large, some small. All need to be tried in dense urban environments, which offer the lowest CO2 footprint and therefore enhance our profession's climate change mitigation contributions.

Great Idea

San Diego needs housing options, more affordable housing, density and high quality Architecture that enhances peoples lives. Developers like Jonathan willing to create high quality projects should be supported in this effort. Especially when trying to build viable projects on smaller lots like 320 West Cedar.
