We the undersigned residents of Parkland, Florida, petition the Parkland City Commission to direct the city manager to take all necessary steps to change the 30 m.p.h. speed limits on Holmberg Road and Parkside Drive to 40 m.p.h.


This will bring these speed limits in line with those on the other ingress/egress roads within the city (University Drive, Riverside Drive, and Hillsboro Boulevard) and improve the flow of traffic within the city.

Finally. It makes no sense having to slow down to 30 when every other main road is 40. traffic backs up so bad during rush hour because of this.

SO NEEDED. going 30 on holmberg is a joke and feels way too slow for how wide that road is.
