Wiltshire Council is planning to remove the Free Car Parking in St Margaret’s Car Park from 4th April 2011.
New charges will be introduced at 40p for one hour and £1.20 for two hours, in ALL Bradford on Avon car parks.
The businesses of Bradford on Avon seek your support in keeping this crucial car parking free and to levy only reasonable charges on other town parking.

High street shops are already struggling and this is just gonna kill what little business we have left. leave it alone
2 hours is perfect for getting groceries done. dont change it!!
greedy. plain and simple.
Nobody is gonna bother stopping in town if they have to pay just to run in for bread. absolute joke.
If they do this I will just go to the out of town retail park instead. much easier and free parking there anyway.
