We the People of Virginia, do hereby state and affirm that our rights are not up for debate. Specifically, our 2nd Amendment rights. These rights are not granted by government, but by God. No elected official has jurisdiction over them, they can not be taken or restricted. This is our Declaration of non-compliance. We will not comply period, you can't have our rights. Our rights are just that, ours. Not yours to restrict, regulate, or simply take away. Any attempts to physically take our rights will be met with resistance. Such Tyranny will be halted. It is clearly stated, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! Your vows to infringe on our rights will not be allowed. Many of us took an oath to protect the Constitution from all threats both foreign and domestic, and this is a domestic threat and our oath has no expiration. We the People of Virginia WILL NOT COMPLY!

If the government fears its citizens, then the government must be doing something to be afraid of. I will not comply. sic semper tyrannis.
I dont know what part of "shall not be infringed" y'all dont understand. But your about to turn honest law abiding citizens into criminals. Leave our guns alone and fix the mental health issues in outer state.
You work for us, it’s not the other way around ! I’ve never voted for a democrat and I’ll be damned if I’m going to have them take away the rights I’ve had all of my life because of criminals !
We will not let anyone take our God given rights. Tyranny will not be tolerated. These rights are natural rights of free people given by God.
Every American deserves the right to defend themselves in and out of their homes. Look at Chicago with their struck gun laws-thousands shot with illegally owned guns.
