Dear HSE Admin,

We are tired. We are extremely stressed. We have been working hard for you and trying to meet your expectations despite issues we are having at home. We would like to urge you to hear our needs. We need our classwork to be reduced and our outside time claimed as a right, not a privilege. We need to be able to take breaks and socialize with our peers. We are struggling to have our basic needs met and we need you to meet us where we are at. We would like to propose that you send us weekly surveys to fill out about different topics so we can voice our opinions and our needs. Some of us are having serious issues at home and cannot focus on school. Please hear our voices and be on our team and support us.
