Deputy Janey can not return to his family ever. He can not be given a second chance to live. LEO's get paid a minimum salary and sometimes they don't get to come.

Signing in honor of my father, Cpl. J. C. McCallister, who was a fellow brother of the thin blue line and friend of Officer John D. Janey. No mercy for Robert Gray!

He should never be allowed to set foot outside in freedom again.. IIt's a sad example of our system that he's up for parole in the first place.. Life should mean life..

Anyone who kills a police officer in such a fashion does not deserve parole consideration. This man who killed the deputy is alive and on the earth, which is more than the deputy can say. He deserves justice, and that is given to him and his family by knowing the man that committed such a crime will never be allowed to wonder and roam freely again

I worked his funeral and burial. Worked for Nitro Police Reserves. I tried to stand at attention .., but tears streamed down my face. Was a disgrace what he did to this good man with family. Please keep him off our streets! If they were to let him go I would beleive there's NO JUSTICE IN OUR LAW SYSTEM - HE'S A MUDERER!
