If this man committed this crime, he should NEVER be paroled. I don't think he should ever be eligible for parole - did it once, will probably do it again if given the chance as he obviously had no hesitation the first time.

This man is a murderer given life with "mercy." He had no mercy when he murdered Deputy Janey. He deserves to stay in prison til the day he dies.

He shot and officer (who was already wounded) in cold blood eviction style. Why was mercy even in his sentencing??? It's kind of irony. He does not desrve freedom.
