They actually listened and moved the break back to October like we asked. I am honestly in shock because I thought for sure they would just ignore us but the calendar is officially fixed (keep checking the schedule just in case though). Thanks for not letting this slide.

I really thought this might just fizzle out in a corner of the internet but seeing how many people want our break back in October is actually wild. It feels like the university might finally have to listen because the momentum is becoming impossible to ignore even if the administration stays quiet for now.

This is rediculous. stop messin with the schedule just to make things harder for us.
I really need that time in october for midterms. its way too much work to go until november without a day off.
CHANGE IT BACK. we need a breather before finals.
Mid october break is needed so bad. everyone is burning out by then and trying to cram it all together with thanksgiving makes no sense at all.
Seriously who thought this was a good idea? moving it makes the whole semester feel like one long drag. please fix this calendar.

Having the break in oct gives us a real chance to catch up on sleep and actually study.. this new way is just pointless.
