We don't need any more traffic congestion in our area. We have to many projects already in development. What does the traffic study say? Where is the wildlife going to go?

Not one home has been built / plot bought in the current area!! Housing market is not a sellers or buyers market! The rates are at 6% and going up! Sell what you already destroyed wild life for them talk to us neighborhoods that love wildlife!!! Save the Georgia trees!

Enough is enough! At this point, the builder is being selfish and not considering the well being of the people who live in the area, and we won’t stand by and allow this to continue happening without a fight!
There are PLENTY of places in Gwinnett where new neighborhoods could, and should be built. Utilize that space and leave Temple Johnson alone! My goodness!

I agree with the statement mentioned. The builder has not done anything with the land he already owns. You can clearly notice that he is procrastinating because I believe he is trying to wait for the new property. With that said, we do not need another subdivision on Temple Johnson at all. This would be too crowded. Thanks to all that are signing up to block this request.

I have never seen so much wild animals loose until they started clearing out more land. Stop the madness. Plant more trees instead of taking more down. There should be more ordinances or laws against things like this.

R-100 is reasonable for this area. Not sure why condensing it more is even being considered. We already have too much traffic, overcrowded schools and no additional infrastructure to support what we have now.
