This area is listed as Suburban Estate. Very high density rezoning will radically diminish what’s left of this area. I Understand this parcel is already zoned R-100, which is plenty dense. Developer wants to enrich himself at the cost to the existing community’s standard of living,

This builder is destroying our way of life. There is no more road space to continue to build neighborhoods on this two lane road.

We don’t need extra traffic.

Stop building homes that right now no one can afford. Stop the raping of the land.

Stop clearing all the land. The last thing we need is more building.
