I own Property the deed, original survey nor plat show a public right of way yet the road commission is using 280 feet of my property to turn there trucks around. That's a football field size of land. They are plowing my trees over, keeping me from using land I own. Its tax season and now I'm paying taxes on land I can't use. Either road commission takes ownership of that part of property or they stay off the property. This needs to be resolved and I feel with the support of the community it may help.
I want to send this petition to the county commissioners and state government. Road commission is violating several law pretending to property

I am honestly stunned by how many people have reached out because they see the unfairness in what is happening to my land. This momentum belongs entirely to you and your willingness to stand up for property rights when things seem bleak. I never imagined so many neighbors would care about this struggle.

This is total bull. My neighbor had the same thing happen last year and they just dont care about private owners at all.
UNACCEPTABLE. Why are we paying taxes on land the county just treats like their own personal parking lot and dump???
Road commission needs to take stop taking what's not theirs.
so not cool, when our SDGE needed to use our front yard they PAID to use it!
They should be held Liable for the trees and the damage to the property
