Historic homes are irreplaceable. San Marino will lose its unique character unless it enacts and enforces some protections against their loss.

Three generations of my family were raised in San Marino. Where is the city council and planning commission to stop this disaster.

1285 Oak Grove is a splendid California Monterey Colonial. It is plenty large and does not need to become a cookie
cutter Mediterranean McMansion!

I absolutely oppose the demolition of this historical home. I have lived around the corner from this architectural masterpiece for over 30 years and it would be an absolute shame to have this home fall into the hands of some big developer who has no regard for preserving this special home.
