Historic homes are irreplaceable. San Marino will lose its unique character unless it enacts and enforces some protections against their loss.

Three generations of my family were raised in San Marino. Where is the city council and planning commission to stop this disaster.

As a resident of San Marino I would like to see this historically significant and beautiful home remain in tact.

1285 Oak Grove is a splendid California Monterey Colonial. It is plenty large and does not need to become a cookie cutter Mediterranean McMansion!

My dear friend and her family grew up in this home. It's a beautiful treasure and should be preserved.

Would love to save this house, but it is way too late to save San Marino.

I do not understand how the city permits these outrageous buildings. They are not homes but big buildings!!!

I absolutely oppose the demolition of this historical home. I have lived around the corner from this architectural masterpiece for over 30 years and it would be an absolute shame to have this home fall into the hands of some big developer who has no regard for preserving this special home.

We need to preserve these homes not destroy them. I live in Arcadia and have seen through the years what they have done here and it's a shame. Stop destroying PRESERVE
