Bureaucracy gone mad.For the past 10 years big business (Yorkshire Water )and local government ( Leeds City Council ) have conspired by neither party taking responsibility for the sewage ingress into my home. I have dunes of sewage sitting in my basement, plus the odour and associated bacteria ever present thus I cannot use  the lounge directly above it.Until both sides agree who is responsible the matter cannot be resolved legaly. Please help force their hands and stop pushing around the ordinary man in the street by registering your disgust by signing my petition.
